PURDY's FUNDRAISER is on now with all orders due to Mrs. Decker by Monday Nov. 20

ART CARDS that your children created have been sent to the company- as soon as they return we will send home for parents to see and possibly order.

VOLLEYBALL UPDATES for this week: Tuesday Nov. 14- Tier 1 Boys play at SSahali, and Tier 2 Boys are at ASES. Thurs. Nov. 16- Tier 1 Girls are at Aberdeen and Tier 2 Girls are at home. Playoff schedules should be coming home with your children if they haven't already.

Please talk to your children about SLEDDING and leaving SNOW ON THE GROUND. Many children are disobeying the set rules we need to keep everyone safe at Juniper. If we don't get more snow we may need to pause sledding until we do as it is getting very icy. Please remind your children to follow the expectations of waiting until it is clear at the bottom, walk to the outside of the cones and only go down on knees or bum. Also, many students are showing defiance towards our supervisors outside. This is not acceptable to say no to an adult if they are making a reasonable request. Please remind your children that obeying the rules and the adults is needed to continue sledding. Many children got hurt on Friday afterschool due to children throwing snow at people's heads at dismissal. Again, for the safety of all, please remind your child NOT to throw snow.

MRS. DEFEHR absent- I will be out of the building Nov. 14 and 15 at a District training for Violent Risk Assessments. Mrs. Llloyd will be your contact parents if there is an incident. Pleaes do feel free to email me if needed cdefehr@sd73.bc.ca  I will miss the kids! Mrs. Lloyd will be the administrator following up from incidents that occured at dismissal Friday.

PIZZA with the PRINCIPAL forms are due back by Wednesday Nov. 15 afterschool. I will do the draw for the 4 lucky winners upon my return. They will get a formal invitation from me if selected.

Parents- in the November newsletter  was a form for you to return to support noon hour clubs or CHOICES for children at lunch. Your support is needed if we are able to do this. Please return the form by the end of the day Wednesday  if you can assist.
